Cleaning up!

Walt:Structure a recount.

Today we were told by our teacher that our class was going to do something fun on Pt England reserve
and it included fitness. We started to get more attentive to what Mr Goodwin was saying, “So we are
going to do a rubbish pick up competition for a very fun prize, cool maths games.” Have you ever had
to go and pick up rubbish as a competition before?

As he continued talking to the class, he then added on that we had to write a recount about it too.
Then he let the class go, put their shoes on and line up. When we got outside, we all started to realise
that it was getting very cold and the competition got more challenging.  

As we slowly travelled down to the reserve, it got chillier and chillier. When we reached the middle of
the reserve, Mr Goodwin put us into five groups, in my group there was,me Roshaan, Hope, Amira,
Tuluinga and Liilyana. Next Mr Goodwin gave each group one bag each and said "go!". Then
we were off to find some rubbish to pick up as a race with the rest of the class. Mr Goodwin gave us
four to five locations to search for rubbish. We noticed that there wasn’t much rubbish on the reserve,
so Mr Goodwin decided that two locations would be on the bottom and top field of our school.  

When all of the teams had finished, it was time to judge and we were anxious to know who won.
Then Miss Haere inspected each bag very carefully. She realised that one of the groups had a big
block of bark in their bag, and unluckily, that was our team, so we didn’t win.

Over all, I did quite enjoy this activity. If we happened to do it again I would be ready. I would definitely
recommend this activity because even though some people didn’t really enjoy it, it’s still really
important to keep the environment and community/space clean.

Task Description:
For this task, we had to go on a fun trip down to the reserve, but this fun trip did include rubbish

Immersion Assembly

On Monday, we had our first day back at school for term 3, and we had immersion assembly. At immersion assembly we got a big surprise from Mr Burt, he was dressed up as a girl, his name was Beyonce Burt and he made the whole school laugh and do jump-jam. Have you ever had to do that in Immersion Assembly before?

 For this term our theme for our school is move ya’ body. Move ya’ body is about exercise,movement and energy. So running,dancing and fitness would be great for this term’s theme. Move ya’ body is also about healthy eating and hydration.

 At Immersion assembly on Monday we learnt that team 4 are learning about exercise,fitness and working out. The video that we watched for team 4 was funny and exciting and I think that a lot of people enjoyed it. So we are going to be doing lots of movement and running.

 This term I would like to learn about good, nutritious and fun foods and lots of things about running,dancing and fitness. I think that it would be fun and helpful to learn about that for this term. Jump-jam is fitness and dancing too.

 I think the theme for this coming term is great because fitness, movement, running, exercise, energy, hydration and healthiness is very important in everyone’s lives. That is what the theme is about. I can’t wait to see what we learn about these next few weeks.

The Run Review

For this game I rate this 8/10 for it's exquisiteness.
For this games difficulty I rate it 5/10.  

The game I played is called Run. Run is a fun game and it has a lot of jumps in the game and I like a lot of jumps in games because then I get to push one button heaps of times. It is also not to hard and not to easy so it would be suitable for all ages.  

I think that I would improve this game just by adding a little challenge. E.g. on a high level they could start putting weapons in the game to jump high over big.

I will recommend this game to a friend because it is not too hard not too easy and very fun game to play for all ages.

They had the meanest principal ever name of Mr Krupp blah blah blah one time mistake was being mean you will be slaves you'll be my slaves and stuff so hypnotised him but not today bub.
