Task Description:

This task included watching a video, and answering questions. This is a video of Joshua Iosefa saying his prefects speech from when he was at Mt Roskill Grammar. His speech is called 'brown brother.' It shows in this presentation what I thought this video was about.

Taha Wairua Challenge T2W7

Task Description:
For this task, we had to create a google drawing/presentation to show our favorite verse, or saying and why it's our favorite. I chose to write my favorite verse, and why.

Taha Hinengaro Challenge T2W7

Video/Task Description:
This is a vieo of me 'meditating'. I did this for the Taha Hinengaro challenge this week. The challenge was to meditate to help our mental health. I didn't realize how long I had been sitting there for until I opened my eyes!

Taha Tinana Challenge T2W7

Video/Task Description:

This video shows how me and my class completed the Taha Tinana challenge for this week. The challenge was, how many push ups can you do within a minute. The numbers of push ups from one person in my class got up to 40!

Taha Whanau Challenge T2W7

Task Description:
For this task, we had to create a google drawing about the eldest person in our family for the taha whanau challenge this week. Things like their favorite memory, food, sport, things they want to tell us about growing up, or a bit about them. I did not do all of the options above, but I did do what is on the google drawing. I did this about my Nana.

The Water Cycle Inquiry

Task Description:

For this task we had to complete the presentation. This is what I completed. In this slide, there is a google drawing, that shows the steps/a diagram of the water cycle. I also answered on one of the slides what I know about water cycles.

Genius Hour Interesting Ideas/Topics

Task Decription:
For this task we had to create a google presentation to show/share what we want to learn about during genius hour this term. As you may be able to see in the presentation, I chose to learn about three different languages, (but I might just have to learn about one of them.) The languages are Spanish, NZSL, and Samoan. The reason why I find them intresting is also inside the presentation.

First Day with our New Tech Class

                                   Tech:

Today is the 21st of may, and it was also tech day! But it wasn't just any type of tech, it was the day that
#we changed into our new classes. My class went from robotics to food tech. It was pretty cool today in
food tech. Our new teacher is really nice, and she loved getting to know things about us like our favorite
homemade foods, and takeaway foods. I can't wait to actually go to food tech and learn more things
about
one of my favorite hobbies!

Firstly, we found the link to the google meet and clicked on it. Then we were on, and ready to meet our
new teacher, and join our new class. The first thing we did after going into the google meet was
introduce ourselves by saying our name, and where we're from. This way, she got to know us a bit better.
For the rest of the meeting, she explained the rules for the kitchen and said the kind of things that we
would be making.

Overall, I am very excited to actually get to tech, meet our new teacher in person, and make some great
food. She said that this term would mostly be focused on vegetables. I can't wait to blog about it too.

Reading Week 6 Washing Your Hands

Task Description:
For this task we had to complete the slides about washing our hands. This is my work. It includes diograms, what I did know about washing my hands, and what I know now about washing my hands. It also shows on the slides a paragraph from the text that we were Assigned to. We had to split the paragraph into different word groups, and write down the main point and supporting details.

Task Description:
For this task, we had to complete the slides/presentation given to us. Here is what I completed for writing this week.

Level 2 at School is Cool!

Task Description:
For this task, we had to draw a phone on googe drawings, and create a message saying something about how level 2 school is to the kids still at home. Here is the phone and messages that I did. It shows how I feel about level 2 school at the moment. It also desplays how cool, safe, and fun school is now. This is for anyone who is still at home, to show what kinda of things we are doing at school.

Task Description:
This task included reading texts, and wtaching videos about the earths water. I know a lot more about water now.

Angles and Degrees Maths T2W4

Task Description:

This task was based on degrees and angles. We answered questions about right angles, obtuse angles, and more. This was a pretty fun task, and I am glad that we got to learn about degrees and angles this week.
