Good Leader Writing

:A Good Leader:
What abilities do you think a good leader needs to have? Confidence, good Judgement,
Understandable, Dependability, and Confidence. Confidence, you know the decisions your
about to make. Judgement, judge carefully to make a difference. Understanding, know fully
what your saying, before you say it.

First, a leader should be confident in the decisions they make before they make those decisions.
Those decisions being made for the team or just for themselves. For example, if your team is a
performing team (that does musicals, music, songs, dances and so on,) and they have been
invited to perform somewhere, then you should let them know. Then decide if you go or not. A
good leader should also discuss the decisions with their team to make sure everyone agrees
with it, and then they can go ahead and make that decision.

Next, another quality a leader needs to have, is good judgement. But what does judgement
mean? Judgement means the ability to make decisions. For example, if you are a judge on a
show like American Idol, The Voice, Britain's Got Talent, and on, then you decide who wins or
did the best performance. A good leader needs to judge carefully. Not to hurt anyone’s feelings,
but to change up their work and edit it to be better. By doing that, they need to judge others work
to make a good difference.

Then, there’s understanding. In order to be a good leader, you need to understand what your
doing. Why your doing it, and you also need to understand your team, what their doing, and if
it’s the right thing. For example, if a work employee has to take a day off work because someone
is sick, then you need to be able to understand. Understanding meaning know what your doing,
and getting what your other teammates are saying. Or just what’s going on there and then. Then
if there is a situation to fix, then you can fix it as a leader, for your team.

In conclusion, confidence, good judgement, and understanding is what all leads to a great leader!
Confidence, you know the decisions your about to make. Judgement, judge carefully to make a
difference. Understanding, know fully what your saying, before you say it. These are just the
things I think a leader should have in order to be a great leader! There are a lot of good qualities
that any leader can have. These are just some I think would be right for a great, amazing,
awesome leader! Are you thinking about becoming a leader now? Or being better with
those qualities?
