Task Description:
For NZSL week, today for Taha Hinengaro I had to either record a video or take photos or myself doing these actions of my emotions in NZSL. I took these photos, to show what I feel when I am eating my favourite food, watching a action/thriller movie, or have to do a test.

Taha Hinengaro Tai Chi T3W9

Task Description:
For this task, my class was given two video's to choose from (a yoga video, and a tai chi video.) We voted for the tai chi video. After choosing a video (and doing the tai chi from the video,) we had to write three things from the video, that could help with Taha Hinengaro.

Taha Hinengaro T3W8

Tongan: "Oua lau kafo kae laue lava" English: "Stay positive and count your blessings"
Meaning: Stay happy, maybe even make others happy, and be grateful.
